Chris' firm had been using its previous vendor for a number of years, but was eventually frustrated by its shortcomings. The team are ‘really enjoying’ the platform, and particularly the automation feature that allows them to download a certain percentage of emails/Teams messages for review each month. It provides consistency to their review process.
The service side has been ‘awesome’. Customer Success Manager Evie has been highly responsive and very available to questions, whether simple or sometimes less so. Chris has reported that when he misunderstood something and expressed concern, she jumped right on it, clarified things and made sure that he was comfortable.
