Problem
Michael needed a way to monitor and archive websites and social media accounts. The preceding vendor didn't have the ability to generate screenshots of earlier captures, or to provide real-time notifications when social media accounts were updated. As a COO, he needed to be able to compare current and past versions of account profiles at the click of a button.
Verity already had their email monitoring service covered; they needed a vendor who would be able to cater for them à la carte.
Solution
Michael evaluated several companies before arriving at MirrorWeb. Through our demonstration, we were able to show our social media archiving platform, equipped with its extensive list of capabilities. This surpassed his expectations, with the search function a standout feature.
Result
Now, Verity Asset Management archives a collection of their websites and social media platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook. Michael is able to conduct searches over a set period of time, and view flagged results that are triggered by the choice of lexicons set. He can then review and select a suitable outcome.
