Romir Bosu is the Chairman of the Board of MirrorWeb, drawing on nearly 30 years of fintech entrepreneurship after founding Compushare in 1995 and scaling it to more than 1,000 community‑bank clients across the United States. He steered Compushare through seven strategic acquisitions, launched the sector’s first cloud platform for community financial institutions, and ultimately led the company’s successful sale to D+H before turning his focus to investing in transformative financial‑technology businesses.
Joshua Yulish
President & CRO
Josh is the President and Chief Revenue Officer at MirrorWeb. With extensive go-to-market leadership experience in driving growth for B2B SaaS companies, he oversees sales, marketing, customer success, and overall revenue strategy. Passionate about scaling businesses globally, he leads the team to deliver exceptional results. Beyond work, Josh enjoys exploring the world, cheering (fanatically?!) for the Fighting Illini and Cleveland Browns, and most importantly, creating lasting memories with his family.
Harriet Christie
COO
Harriet is the Chief Operations Officer of MirrorWeb. She joined the company in 2018, bringing a wealth of global account management experience. She has helped oversee the company’s growth, as well as the evolution of the MirrorWeb product and service offering. In her spare time, Harriet runs around after 2 small children and spends as much time as possible in her happy place; on beaches in North Wales (rain or shine) with her family and friends.
Philip Clegg
CTO
Phil is the Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of MirrorWeb. He is an experienced technologist and cloud evangelist with a background in software engineering. Phil is also responsible for the infrastructure and development operations side of the MirrorWeb platform.

Clinton is MirrorWeb’s Chief Financial Officer. With more than 20 years of experience in strategic and operational accounting and finance, Clinton brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the role, having driven financial performance improvements in enterprise organizations across a range of industries, including SaaS, healthcare, and IT.
Jamie Hoyle
VP, Product
Jamie is the VP, Product at MirrorWeb. He joined MirrorWeb as one of its first employees in 2017, and leads our product strategy and direction. In 2024, Jamie relocated to Austin, Texas to embed himself in the heart of the US compliance landscape and stay close to the customers shaping the future of digital communications oversight. Outside of work, Jamie is a lifelong Bury FC fan, and spends his spare time writing music and playing any sport involving a racquet.
