- Eligibility: The prize draw is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and agents of MirrorWeb and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Entry: To enter the prize draw, participants must register for a demo of the MirrorWeb Platform in-person at the Marriott Marquis in Washington DC from Sunday 12th March 00:00 - Tuesday 14th March 16:59. Only one entry per person is permitted. No purchase is necessary to enter.
- Winner Selection: The winner of the prize will be chosen at random from all eligible entries submitted during the entry period. The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the prize draw. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner will be chosen at random.
- Prize: The prize is return flights from a US city of choice to Manchester for 2 people, accommodation for 2 people in a Manchester hotel, and hospitality at a regular Premier League game for a Manchester City or Manchester United match (where available). The prize is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the discretion of MirrorWeb, who reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if the prize is not available.
- Cancellation or Unavailability of the Match: In the event that the match is cancelled or tickets are otherwise unavailable, MirrorWeb reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
- Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes, and any other fees or expenses associated with the prize, including, but not limited to, travel to and from the airport, meals, and incidentals.
- Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the prize draw, participants agree to release and hold harmless MirrorWeb, its employees, officers, directors, agents, and affiliates, from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the prize draw or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property.
- General Conditions: MirrorWeb reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the prize draw if any fraud or technical failure impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the prize draw, as determined by MirrorWeb in its sole discretion. MirrorWeb reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or who interferes with the proper conduct of the prize draw.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia. Any dispute arising out of or related to the prize draw shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the District of Columbia.
