• Our Beat Your Bill offer ("the Offer") applies to web and social media compliance products provided by Smarsh Inc. or Global Relay Inc. ("the Competitor") to your organization ("your Organization").
• The Offer applies to the current contract held by your Organization. MirrorWeb must be able to verify the price being offered by the Competitor to our satisfaction.
• The Offer shall be considered on a like-for-like basis. If the Competitor provides a service or product line that MirrorWeb cannot offer, then the price comparison shall be carried out without this service or product line. Likewise, if MirrorWeb provides a service or product line that the Competitor cannot offer, then the price comparison shall be carried out without this service or product line.
• The Offer can only be redeemed once per organization, and all redemptions are carried out at the discretion of MirrorWeb. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
• Amazon.com is not a sponsor of this promotion. Except as required by law, Amazon.com Gift Cards (“GCs”) cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash. GCs may be used only for purchases of eligible goods on Amazon.com or certain of its affiliated websites. GCs cannot be redeemed for purchases of gift cards. Purchases are deducted from the GC balance.
