DevOps Engineer

Following recent significant VC investment, we are developing our tech stack and business infrastructure rapidly. We are currently building out our team of digital product delivery specialists and we are looking for an individual who will play a key role in realising our goals and who thrives in the digital age.

 

The role

We and looking to recruit an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our exciting business. We're looking for people who will think outside the box, don’t settle for the status quo and who will look to create impact from day one.

The role involves assisting the CTO in moving MirrorWeb to a full DevOps/Agile culture and furthering development of infrastructure as code, automation and continuous integration and delivery is paramount.

 

Experience

You will have demonstrable experience of:

  • Full AWS Cloud Platform
  • The practices of continuous integration and continuous delivery, eg. Jekins
  • Linux operating systems (Amazon Linux, Centos, Debian)
  • Automated provisioning tools like Terraform, Packer, Ansible, Puppet, Chef
  • Networking, monitoring, security, alerting.
  • Familiarity across different programming languages, such as: Python, C++, Golang, NodeJS
  • Experience of scripting, eg bash, python, etc
  • Version control, eg Git.

Knowledge of the following will be advantageous:

  • Serverless technology e.g AWS Lambda
  • Containerisation technologies e.g Docker, AWS ECS, AWS Fargate etc.
  • Sentry.io, Datadog, Jira, Pagerduty, Azure AD.

  • You will be comfortable working both in a team, and across multiple teams
  • You will be confident using your skills to troubleshoot and provide solutions under pressure

We are currently building out our team of digital specialists and we are looking for an individual who will play a key role in driving  our sales & marketing strategy and who thrives in the digital age.

 

The role

We and looking to recruit an experienced Brand/ Marketing Manager to join our exciting business. We're looking for people who will think outside the box, don’t settle for the status quo and who will look to create impact from day one. The role involves assisting the CMO in developing and delivering a fully integrated sales and marketing strategy across all channels with full autonomy to build and develop our internal marketing team and function.

 

Experience

You'll have experience in digital marketing, social media, PR and events, exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to develop engaging strategies for communications with clients and prospective clients.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • clearly articulate company positioning to internal sales teams and agency roster
  • plan and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns
  • work closely with PR agency to position the company as a thought-leader
  • management of social media channels
  • event and exhibition support including collateral, logistics and sponsorship packages
  • coordinate rollout of product updates and manage streamlined process across
  • email, advertising, promotional items and PR

You will have demonstrable experience of:

  • marketing B2B software/ technology propositions
  • brand-focused with good strategic thinking skills
  • strong digital skills and marketing/email automation
  • end to end integrated campaign management experience
  • confident stakeholder management skills
  • excellent copywriting skills and developing compelling stories

Knowledge of the following will be advantageous:

  • HubSpot CRM Sales and Marketing portals
  • excellent presentation skills
  • campaign creative experience
  • google adwords/ analytics expertise

We need an experienced Software Engineer to join our business. We're looking for a person who won’t settle for the status quo, and who will look to create impact from day one.

 

 What you’re great at:

  • Keeping up to date with latest cloud-based technologies 
  • An excellent understanding of software development practices 
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) 
  • Understanding of the different types of testing (unit, integration, regression etc)
  • You’re experienced using:
    • selenium/phantomjs /chrome headless or other browser-based automation test technology.
    • CircleCI /TravisCI /Team Foundation Server or other Continuous Integration system. 
    • git/mercurial or other modern distributed version control system. 
  • You have a collaborative mindset – our team have regular knowledge sharing sessions
  • You have the energy to own and drive the testing strategy though the organisation
