While the firmhad no problem paying for a service, they were not happy with what they’d been getting for their money.  Their previous vendor was expensive, support was practically non-existent, and the platform was ‘frustrating and cumbersome’. They reached out to their compliance attorney, actively seeking an alternative. ### Solution Their attorney recommended the MirrorWeb solution, having recently become acquainted with the company. Pricing was far more agreeable, and the platform user experience was simpler and more manageable for a smaller firm, where compliance personnel wear many hats in the business and have multiple focuses.
