Trusted Contacts is a standalone application that integrates with MirrorWeb’s existing iMessage, WhatsApp, and Android SMS archiving capability, allowing customers to make any mobile device compliant. Users connect their mobile channels, and MirrorWeb Trusted Contacts automatically excludes personal messages from retention. Users can utilize an employee-owned or corporate device, don’t have to download a separate messaging application, and can keep the same cell number they’ve had for years. This simplified setup will allow businesses to take control of their mobile communications monitoring challenges.
