We’re proud to announce that MirrorWeb has been named a finalist in the Most Innovative SaaS Solution category at the 2025 SaaS Awards - a prestigious industry program celebrating creativity and excellence in cloud-based software.
Now in its tenth year, the SaaS Awards program is known for honoring standout software solutions across functionality, user experience, and measurable business impact. With expert judges from across the industry, the awards spotlight companies that are redefining what SaaS can do.
This recognition highlights the progress we’ve made with MirrorWeb Insight, our flagship platform, and the launch of new innovations like Trusted Contacts and Sentinel, built to address the real-world risks compliance teams face every day.
In addition to our finalist position, we were also shortlisted in the Best SaaS Product for Financial Services category, further underscoring the value we’re delivering to compliance teams in highly regulated industries.
“Being named a finalist for Most Innovative SaaS Solution is a meaningful milestone,” said Jamie Hoyle, VP of Product at MirrorWeb. “We designed Insight to be quick to deploy, simple to use, and genuinely useful for compliance teams. With the addition of flagship innovations like Trusted Contacts and Sentinel, we’re pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in digital communications oversight. This recognition reflects the real-world impact we’re making, and we’ll keep pushing ourselves to stay ahead of what the industry needs next.”
That future requires more than basic archiving. It demands tools that capture communications in their original context, reduce noise with explainable AI, and help firms stay ahead of regulatory scrutiny without overburdening their teams.
That’s why we’ve introduced innovations like:
These capabilities aren’t theoretical. They’re built in direct response to the real problems compliance teams face every day - from false positives to review backlogs and mobile communication blind spots.
At MirrorWeb, we believe compliance solutions should be efficient, transparent, and defensible. As scrutiny around AI, digital communications, and recordkeeping intensifies, firms need clarity - not black-box tools that can’t show how or why messages were flagged.
This finalist recognition validates our direction, but we’re far from finished. We’re incredibly proud of our product, engineering, and customer teams who continue to raise the bar, and grateful to our clients for trusting us with their most critical compliance needs.
Winners will be announced later this year. Until then, we’ll be celebrating this moment, and continuing to build the future of compliant communications.
