This means I lead our Client Onboarding Specialists, helping them work to ensure every new customer has a smooth and well supported journey from kick-off to being fully up and running on MirrorWeb Insight. I start the majority of my days by catching up with our UK team then toward the afternoon, my focus may be on working alongside our US team and customers. Overall, a big part of my day is spent collaborating cross functionally, whether that’s speaking to our Engineers, syncing with Customer Success on a client account, or coaching my team on managing different implementations. **What's a recent win you're proud of?** I’m really proud of how our team has grown and developed over the past year. Building a successful Onboarding team is not just hiring the right people, it’s also creating an environment where they feel supported, challenged, and trusted to take ownership. Seeing my team members step up, handle more complex onboardings independently, and collaborate confidently across departments has been super rewarding. We run a tight ship here in Onboarding and I'm really proud of the supportive, action oriented culture we've built as a team. It's something that's recognised across the organization, and that means a lot to me. **Which MirrorWeb value resonates most with you, and why?** **Own the Outcome: Be accountable, always.** It’s the one I come back to constantly, for myself and for my team. In Onboarding, there are more than a couple moving parts. We have different customers, different products, different timelines, and it would be easy to pass things along and hope someone else picks them up. When you are the team guiding a customer through their first experience with MirrorWeb, **ownership is everything!** This is the period where trust is built. If something lands on my plate, I make sure it’s seen through. It’s a contagious mindset too; when your team sees you taking full responsibility, naturally they start doing the same. **What excites you most about where MirrorWeb is heading?** The innovation in our product! Seeing what we have built so far with Sentinel and the direction we’re heading with AI explainability, it genuinely feels like we are solving problems that no one else in the market is tackling to the same degree. Sentinel is a game changer for compliance professionals and I see the results of that in my day to day - it’s so exciting to make such a significant difference to our users’ experiences. Trusted Contacts is redefining how firms handle mobile archiving, with privacy built in. I joined MirrorWeb almost 5 years ago as I believed in what we were building, and I am honestly more excited than ever after seeing our plans for 2026! **What do you love about the MirrorWeb team?** The people!! It may sound a little cliche but it’s true! This is a team that shows up for each other. Whether it’s a celebration of an achievement, rallying around a colleague, or jumping into thread to help solve a problem that isn’t 100% in their remit - we don’t operate in silos, and knowledge is shared. There's a real sense that we're all building something together, and we’re still a close knit group of people across thousands of miles.
